Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single store's operations and guest experience in Herndon, VA. You'll hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial goals, while delivering exceptional service.

We provide a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, plus mentorship within our Panda community. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $32.20 per hour, with a flexible schedule that includes openings, closings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in Panda's 3+ weeks of store leadership training program as preparation for success.
