Responsibilities

• Lead a Levi's Store with $15M+ annual volume toward profitable growth.
• Coach managers to meet customer service, operations, and visual merchandising standards.
• Develop in-store leadership through the Brand Service Leadership program and training.
• Oversee store team training on product knowledge and Levi's history and heritage.
• Ensure communications from LS&Co. leadership cascade and implement customer service and sales philosophies.
• Meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals by modeling and coaching.
