Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; willing to work flexible schedule; potential relocation.
• Completion of LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of ESM start date.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment, performance management, and discipline of direct reports.
• Analyzes store performance, drives profitability, and ensures asset protection.
• Manages scheduling, cash handling, and inventory across front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy operations during busy periods.
