Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
• Experience with payroll processes and accounts receivable preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and conduct reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records and support documentation.
• Assist during audits with documentation and inquiries.
• Prepare and file sales tax reports as required.
• Support payroll as a backup and assist AR tasks as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely financial reporting.
