Responsibilities

• Own Social Strategy & Audience Growth for all platforms.
• Lead Social Content Creation & Production: video, photography, graphics.
• Stay Ahead of Trends & Culture; develop rapid‑response content for events.
• Measure Business Impact; track KPIs and report monthly.
• Build the PopStroke fan community and memberships; grow engagement.
• Partner Across the Organization with Operations, Marketing, and venues.
• Cover Key Events & Brand Moments and support evenings/weekends when needed.
