Job summary

PopStroke is seeking a Social Media Director to own our social media strategy, audience growth, content creation, and digital engagement across platforms. This role will lead how PopStroke shows up online, build passionate fan communities, and drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate understands success goes beyond followers, focusing on engagement, memberships, event attendance, and brand advocacy. This is an in-office role in Dallas/Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media, digital marketing, or content leadership.
• 3+ years leading social strategy and audience growth for a consumer brand.
• Proven track record growing highly engaged social communities.
• Experience measuring and reporting the impact of campaigns.
• Strong content production and video editing skills.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform-specific growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Build engaged social communities that increase brand awareness, guest loyalty, and advocacy.
• Grow engagement metrics beyond followers (reach, comments, shares, saves, participation).
• Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly growth objectives for each platform.
• Lead social content creation and production: create, edit, publish high-quality, social-first content; produce video/photo/graphics; calendar planning; test formats.
• Stay ahead of trends and culture: monitor trends, participate authentically, develop rapid-response content.
• Measure business impact: define KPIs, collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams, use analytics, present monthly reports.
• Build PopStroke fan community: programs around memberships, leagues, events, and venue experiences.
