We provide flexible scheduling, mentorship, ongoing education, and access to a wide lending library, with compensation available up to $60 per hour and a full benefits package for W-2 employees.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from ASHA-accredited program.
• Illinois SLP license or eligibility.
• PEL or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to collaboration, lifelong learning and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of child's speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to children using play-based approaches.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Integrate communication goals into educational programming and daily routines.
• Educate families regarding communication development and intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans.
