Qualifications

• Current CT Journeyman (P2) Plumber license or equivalent is required.
• Extensive service plumbing experience can substitute for license.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background are required.
• Customer service, teamwork and craftsmanship are valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately.
• Present repair and replacement options professionally.
• Deliver excellent customer experience.
• Generate service and replacement opportunities.
• Educate customers on solutions and memberships.
• Perform plumbing repairs and service work.
• Maintain clean and professional work areas.
• Properly document work performed.
• Collect job photos and customer signatures.
• Identify larger install opportunities for management follow-up.
