Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Trumbull/Shelton is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to grow with a local company.

We offer a full-time W-2 position with a company vehicle, gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, training, uniforms, and profit sharing. Connecticut P-1 or P-2 license preferred; P-6 and G-2 may be considered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Connecticut P-1 or P-2 license preferred.
• Residential service and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional customer communication.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• CT licenses including P-6 and G-2 may be considered.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues.
• Perform service, repair, replacement, and installation work.
• Explain findings and present appropriate options to customers.
• Identify additional plumbing and preventative needs.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
• Complete job documentation, photos, and approvals.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area.
