Evlo AI is seeking a results‑driven Growth Marketing role focusing on end‑to‑end SEO and SEM performance. You will drive qualified traffic, reduce acquisition costs, and turn search into a measurable growth channel for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Reporting to the growth marketing team, this role combines technical SEO with hands‑on SEM management and analytics to influence pipeline, signups, and revenue through search.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Deep proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, Search Console, and industry SEO tooling
• Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site migrations
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building reports and making budget decisions from data
• Experience managing six-figure+ paid search budgets with demonstrable ROAS or CPL improvements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, SQL, HTML/CSS fundamentals, or CRO testing tools (Optimizely, VWO)

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the SEO roadmap: technical audits, on-page optimization, site architecture recommendations, and internal linking strategy
• Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including keyword research, bidding strategy, ad copy testing, and budget allocation
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and SERP features to improve click-through and conversion rates
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools tracking rankings, traffic, CAC, and conversion by channel
• Partner with content and web teams to prioritize keyword targets and ship optimized pages
• Monitor algorithm updates and search landscape changes; adjust strategy proactively
• Manage SEO/SEM tool stack (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console) and agency or vendor relationships as needed
