Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Director in Portland, OR. Hybrid role three days per week with base salary ranging 135,000–165,000 USD plus incentive programs for new and existing account growth.

You will lead a growing account services team, drive new logos, scale existing accounts, and ensure stellar client experiences while partnering with leadership on target accounts and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts leadership and growth experience in an agency environment.
• Proactive outbound new business development experience.
• Experience tracking account health, KPIs, and performance indicators.
• Growth mindset with ability to pitch and present to clients.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with agency creative leadership and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development and growth efforts through outbound outreach, networking, and pitching.
• Pitch new business, craft pitches with leadership, guide RFP and contracting processes.
• Identify target accounts and opportunities based on team strengths.
• Serve as main point of contact for new, existing and returning clients, aligning agency output with expectations.
• Align internal talent with projects to deliver best possible work and outcomes; manage accounts team performance and KPIs.
