Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead sales strategy and drive revenue growth across our markets. This role requires a service-driven leader who excels at building relationships with clients and partners, with a team-oriented, collaborative approach.

You will oversee all sales and marketing efforts, align initiatives with the Marketing Plan, and guide communications, advertising, and reporting to ensure top-tier performance and market visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven success leading, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior brand experience and market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality of service to our customers at all times.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Guide sales and marketing efforts, including advertising, public relations, and administrative reporting.
