Job summary

SheFinds Media is seeking an energetic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, affiliate operations, and revenue growth. You will assist in managing partnerships, executing placements, and coordinating email marketing initiatives while tracking performance metrics.

The role requires 1+ year in digital marketing or sales coordination, strong communication, and a detail-oriented, fast-paced approach. Proficiency with Canva and Excel is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or sales coordination.
• Excellent communication in email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• US citizen/Green Card holder required (no H1B sponsorship).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, AWIN) is a plus.
• Experience with ESPs (Mailjet, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing the sales lifecycle after deal approval.
• Draft, send, track, and file Insertion Orders (IOs).
• Prepare media kits, decks, performance metrics, and rate cards for clients.
• Maintain outreach documentation, deal trackers, and pipeline documents.
• Build campaign recaps and case studies for pitches.
• Assist client communication on timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
