Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5+ years selling industrial automation components.
• Experience with VFD, PLC, HMI, motors and servo systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% (domestic and international).

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage new top-tier customer segments and build relationships at commercial and engineering levels.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, from daily operations to executive discussions; target new prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of customer roadmaps to uncover future opportunities.
• Partner with product management to promote new automation technologies and applications.
• Secure sales growth of at least 5% YoY while developing new opportunities.
• Ensure on-time delivery and provide accurate forecasts and CRM reports.
