Zaddy Solutions seeks a Sales Manager for Industrial & Automation in Raleigh, NC. The role targets growth in industrial automation with a focus on building key customer relationships and driving revenue.

You will engage with commercial and engineering teams, manage top accounts, and collaborate with product management to promote automation technologies. Travel about 50% is expected; relocation is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; BSEE strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years selling industrial automation components.
• Experience with direct calling sales emphasized over channel sales.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage new top-tier customer segments and establish relationships at commercial and engineering levels.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, including executive discussions and growth of revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of customer roadmaps to uncover future opportunities; promote new industrial automation technologies cross-functionally.
• Secure sales revenue growth (5%+ YoY) and develop opportunities in target industries.
• Ensure on-time delivery and provide accurate forecasts and CRM reporting.
