Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Roofing Field Supervisor in the greater Birmingham area. You will supervise multiple crews, plan and execute projects, and coordinate material orders with the Service Director and Warehouse Manager.

Role requires 2+ years in field supervision in commercial roofing, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Year-round work and lucrative referral bonuses are offered, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in commercial roofing.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Blueprints interpretation is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing crews to plan and execute projects.
• Order project materials with Service Director & Warehouse Manager.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site; conduct pre/post-job inspections.
• Maintain paperwork and communicate daily with customers and employees.
• Work weekends/holidays and travel as needed.
