CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman in the Birmingham area. The role offers competitive wages and strong growth potential with year‑round work and a proven track record of long tenure among staff.

The candidate will diagnose commercial roof leaks, lead maintenance and small repairs, manage paperwork, read blueprints and specs, track timesheets, and ensure safety policies are followed.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to 25 ft.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays, travel and overtime as needed.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. and metal roof repairs.

Job Summary:

Will diagnose commercial roof leaks, make appropriate repairs and work with general contractors. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, interpreting blueprints and specs, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Ability to read blueprints & specs
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
