Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in the Birmingham area is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to lead multiple roofing crews, plan projects and ensure safety on site.

You will coordinate with Service Director and Warehouse Manager, order materials, conduct pre/post inspections, and maintain project paperwork while communicating with customers.

Competitive hourly pay $26–$30 based on experience, year-round work, strong referral bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection is highly preferred.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• The ability to interpret blueprints is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute a successful project.
• Coordinate ordering of project materials with Service Director & Warehouse Manager.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site, perform pre-job and post-job inspections, and maintain paperwork.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and employees.
