Kid to Kid Pearland is seeking a motivated Management professional to lead our Pearland, TX store operations. You will hire, train, coach, and guide a sales team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store goals.

• Must have experience building a team (hiring, training, coaching, and terminating)

• Ability to provide leadership and inspire people with fun, positive energy
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work 40-45 hours a week & on Weekends (no exceptions on weekends)
