The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work an irregular schedule while ensuring top-notch customer service and safety in the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or better in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years of Retail/Customer Service experience
• 2 years of previous managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall sales and expenses at assigned retail store.
• Direct and coordinate the merchandising of products.
• Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise throughout the retail store.
• Ensure adequate inventory in all areas.
• Assist customers with purchases, returns, special orders, complaints, etc.
• Work with Retail Buyers to ensure product awareness and needs.
• Ensure safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
• Delegate authority to managerial personnel as deemed appropriate.
