Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the cleaning and restoration business, overseeing daily operations, projects, and client relations. The role emphasizes driving growth, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring staff while optimizing processes.

Ideal candidates have management experience in restoration, certifications such as IICRC, and strong skills with estimates, budgets, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of restoration project management and crew supervision experience
• Possession of 3+ industry certifications (IICRC or equivalent) is a plus
• Proficient computer skills and ability to create Xactimate estimates
• Strong math and financial skills for budgets and staffing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including estimating, costing, staffing, scheduling, supervising, inspecting, training, inventory/purchasing, equipment maintenance, recordkeeping, and employee relations
• Plan and execute projects to completion; write job estimates and obtain contracts and payment terms; coordinate subcontractor estimates
• Train, supervise, and engage staff for professional development
• Ensure timely, efficient, high-quality customer service per standards
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors and with customers
• Provide honest, accurate information on work scope, cost, timing and scheduling
• Meet or exceed company targets for costs, direct labor, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain production paperwork flow from site to administration
• Coordinate resource planning with scheduler
• Track equipment and materials delivery
• Communicate with customers and third parties
• Perform property inspections and reports; maintain project files
• Perform production work
