United Care ABA-New York is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a mission-driven team focused on improving the lives of children with autism and their families. Responsibilities include direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before start date.
• Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented and dependable; able to follow treatment plans and collect data accurately.
• Desire to help children grow and contribute to a positive, consistent learning environment.
• Team player who values collaboration and is open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on target behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.
