Job summary

You will lead a 4–6 person team, drive revenue growth through ticketing, memberships, and e‑commerce, ensure accessibility and UX excellence, and collaborate with Marketing, Content, Sales, and Operations to unify the online experience.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of product management experience with consumer‑facing websites or digital content platforms.
• Experience leading a team of 2+ years.
• Proven success optimizing revenue across funnels (ticketing, membership, donations, e‑commerce).
• Strong experience with CMS platforms, structured content, and workflow systems.
• Familiarity with analytics and experimentation frameworks (GA4).

Responsibilities

• Own all digital funnels and conversion pathways.
• Establish content standards and information architecture for sustainable content operations.
• Lead UX improvements and ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1+).
• Write user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria; manage QA and releases.
• Translate institutional goals into buildable digital initiatives across web and apps.
