Job summary

Cosuno is hiring a Senior PM for Growth to own a new revenue opportunity and drive it from idea to paid product. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and you’ll test, measure, and iterate with real customers.

You’ll ship AI-enabled features, prioritize data-driven experiments, and communicate clearly with German-speaking customers and an English-speaking engineering team. This is a fully remote role across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a product manager in B2B SaaS, and you want to stay hands-on.
• Experience taking a revenue opportunity from idea to a paid product.
• Shipped AI features that customers actually use and you use AI tools daily.
• Work with numbers and experiments; pivot when data says so.
• Explain complex topics simply to both site managers and executives.
• German at C2 level and fluent English; customers speak German, team uses English.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces, or construction/digitizing industries.

Responsibilities

• Find the real problem by talking to customers and analyzing data.
• Put AI to work and turn it into customer-loved products.
• Prototype and test with real customers before Engineering commits.
• Bring it to market with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success; measure impact.
• Own growth opportunity end-to-end with close customer feedback.
