Job summary

Delta Diversified, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager for our Houston facility to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and customer service.

You will manage a large team, oversee corrugator and converting processes, and drive capital projects in a growth phase. The role requires strong leadership, deep experience in corrugated packaging, and a track record of operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive corrugated packaging industry experience required.
• Progressive manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, service, and financial objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.
• Develop, mentor, and coach supervisors and operational leaders.
• Establish accountability systems that promote operational excellence and execution.
• Maintain a highly visible presence and actively engage with employees.
• Support implementation of capital projects and future expansion initiatives.
