Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant accounting or cost accounting.
• Experience as Plant Controller, Senior Cost Accountant or similar.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory management and manufacturing financial reporting.
• ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Willingness to work in a growing business where processes and systems are evolving.
• Excellent communication and the ability to partner with operational stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant accounting, financial reporting, standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Partner with operational leadership to provide financial insight and support commercial decisions.
• Develop and improve financial processes, reporting structures and internal controls.
• Support ERP implementation and ongoing systems development.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and operational reporting.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, capital expenditure and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
