Insight Pest Solutions is seeking route/technician roles in the Chesapeake/Portsmouth area. The positions involve educating customers, performing pest control services, and maintaining safety standards. Training is provided to develop skills in inspections, estimating, sales, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive training provided (classroom and field) to ensure competency.
• Prior pest control and sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to learn company procedures and safety standards during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to explain services and troubleshooting steps.
• Work outdoors for most of the day.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Prep and inspect areas, apply treatments as directed.
• Enter service data into mobile devices and logs.
• Be available to work Monday–Saturday during peak season.
