Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager at Fox Pest Control, you will lead the organization at the client level, supporting overall growth and profitability through key goals in sales, customer service, hiring, retention, and other designated areas. This challenging position requires dynamic thinking, creative problem‑solving, and building and developing a team that embodies Fox core values, establishing Fox as the leader in pest management solutions. Each branch has a dedicated team of support staff to support you with route planning, management, customer service, billing, and collections.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of management experience in business/operations (route‑based businesses such as beverage, delivery, uniform, vending, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in the pest control or lawn care industry (preferred)
• Previous experience managing a business budget and expenses
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations
• Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Current driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
