Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role with leadership responsibilities in fitness.
• Proven leadership skills and experience developing teams.
• Strong background in sales management, strategy development, and team management.
• CRM experience and track record of meeting sales targets.

• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

• Confident in helping clients succeed and driving gym revenue.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company culture and energy with a motivating environment for staff and members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with GM to meet/ exceed PT revenue goals.
• Learn to analyze sales performance metrics and improve profitability and retention.
• Collaborate with training to ensure smooth operations and strong client relationships.
• Oversee personal training programs and support team growth.
• Prospect and grow personal training business through outreach and floor engagement.
• Develop tailored workouts and guide clients toward fitness goals.
• Lead by example, staying energetic and supportive during sessions.
• Regularly assess client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide expert guidance on fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and continuous learning.
