Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 3 to 5 years of litigation and trial experience in Texas personal injury cases.
• 1st Chair Experience preferred, 2nd Chair Experience required
• Experience handling contested motions and depositions

Responsibilities

• Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of litigation process.
• Understand applicability of laws and statutes to potential recoveries.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently and for the highest possible settlement.
• Negotiate personal injury settlements and make court appearances.
• Depose parties and experts and prepare for trial as appropriate.
