Mission Lane is seeking a Manager, Paid Acquisition & Investment to own day-to-day execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. You will act as SME, manage campaign launches, pacing, and optimization with minimal oversight, reporting to the Director, Growth.

You will translate marketing strategy into reliable campaigns, drive a rigorous testing roadmap with cross-functional partners, and relentlessly optimize CAC, CPA, and ROAS while ensuring high-quality, scalable ad experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in an analytical environment.
• Proven SME with independent budget ownership and CAC/CPA/ROAS targets.
• Expert-level knowledge of platform levers, bidding strategies, ad formats, and audience targeting.
• Extensive experience designing, running, and measuring complex paid media A/B tests.
• Willingness to travel ~4+ times per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific ad budgets and pacing to meet CAC targets.
