Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the branch operations, drive growth, and ensure high-quality, compliant patient care. This role requires hands-on leadership, staff development, and strong collaboration with clinical, recruiting, and business development teams.

You will manage performance, growth strategies, referrals, and financial metrics while fostering a patient-centric culture and operational excellence across the site.

Formación

• Must have associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of management or leadership experience is required.
• Strong leadership and staff-development skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities are required.
• Ability to make confident decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team.
• Recruit and retain qualified staff.
• Establish goals, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
• Promote employee development and accountability; ensure strong communication.
• Align branch priorities with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and expand patient services.
• Manage referrals, admissions, and start-of-care timelines.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Monitor referral pipelines and address barriers to patient care.
• Oversee branch financial performance including revenue, billing, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
