Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with multi-site healthcare operations.
• Experience in pediatric or adult homecare services.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Five years of leadership in healthcare management.
• Willingness to travel within area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned Aveanna locations.
• Drive growth, therapist recruitment and retention, clinical oversight and patient care quality.
• Manage budgets and cash collections to meet financial targets.
• Provide leadership to Executive Directors and location teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Develop and execute location budgets and annual business plans.
• Collaborate with Area VP to implement strategic initiatives.
