Responsibilities

• Operationalize the pitch process and lead opportunities
• Marshal necessary resources and teams to leverage opportunities, and manage the conversion process through to when business is won
• Support active prospecting, establishing good momentum and a sense of ownership in what we bring forward to pursue
• Manage the delivery of RFIs, RFPs, pitch presentations, and all pitch collateral, with a keen eye for detail
• Lead a team to create proactive strategic POVs for chemistry meetings, working very closely with the Strategy team
• Provide seamless pitch project management covering all aspects from kick-off to close, building and governing workstreams to ensure all deadlines are met and work is of the highest possible standard
• Build a growth-oriented culture through a can-do attitude and balancing long-term vision with day-to-day actions
• Grow and cultivate a high-performing team, supporting global and network growth opportunities with pitch enablement and best practices
