Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) to drive sales strategies, nurture relationships with homebuyers, and guide clients through the buying journey alongside a collaborative team.

You will monitor market trends, ensure accuracy of CRM data, and coordinate with mortgage partners to deliver an exceptional home-buying experience. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder.
• Available to work weekends.
• Excited to collaborate in a team environment.
• Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies to meet objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective homebuyers.
• Guide clients through the full sales journey with the team.
