Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with physicians, healthcare providers, and prospective patients.
• Demonstrated initiative and entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business development, sales and marketing.
• Experience or familiarity with digital marketing, social media, referral development, and healthcare marketing strategies preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives, measure results, and adjust strategies to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage outreach to physician practices and referral sources across the Greater Lansing area.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and office staff to drive patient referrals.
• Track referral data, identify growth opportunities, and expand the referral network across all clinic locations.
• Represent Peak Performance at healthcare events, networking, and professional associations in mid-Michigan.
• Develop and execute Peak Performance’s digital marketing strategy (SEO, Google Ads, social media).
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies for creative and digital production support.
• Ensure brand standards and messaging across locations and channels.
• Identify market opportunities to grow patient volume and collaborate with clinical directors to optimize the patient experience.
