Madwire, based in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a Marketing Success Manager to partner with 30–50 small business owners, delivering marketing on our Marketing 360 platform. You won’t source clients; our sales team brings them in, and you’ll guide strategy, review progress, and advise on what comes next to drive retention and growth.

You’ll collaborate with designers and ad specialists, use AI tools to optimize campaigns, and grow with extensive coaching and training.

• This role requires strong client-facing skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers.
• Curiosity about new tools and AI capabilities; comfort with learning new tech.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage marketing strategies across paid search, social, SEO/AIO, websites, and more.
• Meet with business owners to review progress, present strategy, and understand their goals.
• Recommend services that will help each client grow.
