Sportsdigita, LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager to work with senior team members to drive demand for new business and cross-sell within the DIGIDECK customer base. This hands-on role offers ownership, rapid pace, and direct access to leadership.

You'll execute paid programs (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), create demand content, manage email campaigns in HubSpot, and optimize WordPress pages, while partnering with sales and customer success to grow revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Motivated with a long-term marketing career goal.
• Willingness to learn and seek feedback.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high standards and tight timelines.
• Strong writing skills with attention to design and detail.
• Familiar with data/analytics; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress or paid ad platforms is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Execute and optimize paid programs on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta with spend ownership.
• Create demand-driving content including blog posts, landing pages, assets.
• Build and launch email campaigns and nurture programs in HubSpot.
• Design and maintain WordPress/Elementor pages focused on conversion.
• Support CRM across HubSpot and Salesforce including lead routing and reporting.
• Use AI tools to speed up content, research, and campaigns.
• Partner with sales and customer success on cross-sell campaigns.
• Track, report and present results to leadership with clear next steps.
• Own projects end to end from idea to launch to analysis.
