The role requires a track record of building scalable demand engines, leading diverse teams (US & India), and partnering with Growth Leaders to elevate brand positioning and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, market development, demand generation, or go‑to‑market leadership.
• Proven experience developing and executing growth‑focused marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise across digital marketing, lead generation, content strategy, marketing automation, website strategy, analytics, and paid media.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary marketing teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive market development strategy aligned with firm growth priorities.
• Lead the firm's demand generation strategy across digital and traditional channels.
• Strengthen market positioning and brand strategy to resonate across industries and service lines.
• Coach and develop a marketing team across the U.S. and India; build a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs tied to growth objectives; leverage CRM and marketing tech to drive visibility.
