You will provide personalized insurance solutions, drive sales, supervise daily operations, and nurture long-term client relationships while promoting Alfa’s auto, home, life, and business products.

Ideal candidates bring leadership or ownership experience, strong communication and sales skills, and a current P&C and Life license or willingness to obtain them.

• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
