Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required.
• 8+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience with expertise in labor/employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies in growth-oriented organizations.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and its potential to drive HR efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding employee relations and ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Demonstrate expertise in labor and employee relations, addressing workplace issues and resolving conflicts.
• Support the performance management process, assisting managers with feedback and development goals.
• Partner with recruiting to align hiring with workforce planning and culture goals.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop HR strategies that support growth.
• Champion change management during organizational shifts while maintaining engagement.
• Develop scalable HR policies and frameworks for rapid growth.
• Track HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations; stay updated on laws.
