YouFit Gyms in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead daily club operations, drive membership sales, and manage a dynamic team focused on delivering an exceptional member experience. You will oversee financials, stay compliant with policies, and partner with corporate initiatives to maximize profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a proven ability to coach staff while maintaining a high-energy, engaging gym culture.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in a management or leadership role within a fitness, hospitality, sales, or customer service setting.
Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team while fostering a positive work culture.
Experience overseeing gym operations, including staffing, inventory, and expense management.
