Compass Group USA is seeking a Graphic Designer to drive growth by delivering high-quality, visually compelling materials that support new sales and client retention. From concept to production, you’ll transform complex ideas into clear visuals that differentiate our brand in competitive bids.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Retention teams, strong typography and layout skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a hybrid Charlotte environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative, high-impact sales proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, logos, and digital assets.
• Create interactive and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, microsites, PDFs, and other digital materials that support client growth and retention.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Retention teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Translate complex information and client needs into engaging visuals that tell a clear, compelling story.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency.
• Present fresh, creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Prepare and format content for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and resources for easy access by the team.
• Support the development of RFP responses by visually enhancing content and layouts.
