Qualifications

• Proven experience producing both print and digital materials.
• Experience managing multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, branding, and production skills.
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations (senior living/healthcare/hospitality preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent graphic design projects with clear priorities and realistic timelines.
• Review incoming requests for completeness, urgency, scope, and required approvals; clarify missing information promptly.
• Confirm receipt of requests, establish expected timelines, create proofs, manage revisions, secure approvals, and deliver final files in required formats.
• Maintain visibility of active, pending, blocked, and completed projects and coordinate workload with other designers as needed.
• Provide day-to-day creative support for assigned regions and Home Office work.
• Provide proactive status updates and identify barriers or approvals needed before deadlines.
• Use established request, proofing, approval, and archiving processes consistently.
