Job summary

VGW Malta Limited is hiring a General Manager, Chumba Casino to lead our flagship product across Europe or the US. You will own the strategy, commercial results, and the multidisciplinary teams responsible for delivery, balancing data insights with actionable execution.

You will drive end-to-end P&L, shape the roadmap, diagnose performance drivers, and set ambitious targets for product, live ops, and growth. This is a data-driven, high-impact leadership role at a world-class brand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital commercial leadership with P&L ownership for large-scale consumer apps or games.
• Direct operating experience in social casino or comparable high-stakes consumer apps.
• Experience overseeing dual currency or hybrid monetization models.
• Led multidisciplinary teams of 100+ across distributed locations.
• Strong ability to explain KPIs and convert them into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own Chumba P&L end to end, including revenue, gross margin, and ROI.
• Set strategy and roadmap using market and competition insights.
• Diagnose performance issues and guide teams to fixes.
• Set commercial goals for product and live ops and track hit rates.
• Build and lead high-performing, globally distributed teams.
