Job summary

VGW, a leader in free-to-play online social games, seeks a General Manager, Chumba Casino to lead strategy, commercial results, and multi-disciplinary teams across regions. This role is pivotal in translating market insights into actionable product and growth bets.

You will drive end-to-end P&L, coordinate product, live ops and growth initiatives, and shape the roadmap to sustain VGW's market leadership in the USA and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital commercial leadership.
• Direct P&L ownership for large-scale consumer apps or games.
• Experience in social casino or similar high-stakes gaming is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Chumba's end-to-end P&L including revenue, gross margin, promotions cost and ROI.
• Set strategy and roadmap by market insights, aligning product, live ops and growth bets.
• Diagnose performance drivers and guide teams to effective solutions.
• Set commercial goals for product and live ops and ensure plans hit targets.
• Build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
