VGW seeks a General Manager for Chumba Casino to own strategy, commercial results and the multidisciplinary teams delivering them. You will diagnose issues, shape fixes and oversee the product, live ops and growth bets in a data-driven manner.

This is a high-impact leadership role at a world-class brand, requiring deep knowledge of KPIs, cohorts, and monetization strategies to move retention and monetization metrics. The role is based in the US with global reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital commercial leadership, including P&L ownership for a large-scale consumer app or game at $100M+ revenue.
• Experience in social casino or high-stakes consumer apps with free-to-play economies.
• Experience overseeing applications with a dual currency or hybrid monetization model.
• Led multidisciplinary teams of 100+ across locations and can align senior leaders with business goals.
• Track record of tying KPI definitions to business value and cohort analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own Chumba P&L end to end, including revenue, gross margin, promotions cost and ROI.
• Build market and competition view to set strategy and roadmap for product, live ops and growth.
• Diagnose drivers of performance and guide teams to effective solutions.
• Set commercial goals for product and live ops and ensure plans hit targets.
• Build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed teams while staying close to the work.
