Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital commercial leadership, including P&L ownership for a large-scale consumer app or game at $100M+ revenue.
• Direct operating experience in social casino or comparable high-stakes consumer app.
• Experience overseeing applications with a dual currency or hybrid monetization model.
• Led multidisciplinary teams of 100+ across distributed locations with strong alignment, not just OKRs.
• Track record of translating KPIs into business value and spotting metric flaws.
• Experience hiring and developing senior leaders with credible product ownership.
• Senior roles in product or live ops in social casino or high-scale casual gaming with monetization impact.
• Fluency with data and ability to communicate with frontline teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own Chumba’s P&L end-to-end including revenue, gross margin, promotions cost and ROI.
• Set strategy and roadmap using market and competitive insight; align product, live ops and growth bets.
• Diagnose drivers of performance and guide teams to effective, data-informed solutions.
• Set commercial goals for product and live ops and ensure plans reflect market realities.
• Build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed teams while staying close to execution.
