Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience required; P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with or deep respect for the skilled trades and related industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to apply critical thinking and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Increase key metrics: revenue, sales conversion, average invoice, retention, customer satisfaction, and maintenance subscriptions.
• Deliver gold standard service through training, accountability, and metrics.
• Develop culture, systems, and processes to train industry-leading staff and improve eNPS and retention.
• Build a culture of purpose among the management team.
• Support expansion and community impact through employment opportunities.
