Job summary

Advantage is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at upcoming locations in Dallas, TX area, East Texas and Southern Arkansas. You will own the P&L, drive growth, build culture, and develop staff to deliver world-class service across markets.

• Bachelor's or equivalent.
• 3+ years Management/Supervisory experience with P&L preferred.
• Experience with, or deep respect for the Skilled Trades and/or similar industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Leadership with ability to inspire followership.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue, sales conversions, invoicing, retention, and subscription plans.
• Deliver gold-standard service through training, accountability, and metrics.
• Develop culture, systems, and measures to train staff and increase retention.
